As I stay focused on software companies - I promise will come back on future posts to talk about DNA holders, Frozen Rose Petals and more, but for now the info seems to focus on Qr codes

Solve Me is right.  These work wonders if you have a Qr code reader.

One of the leaders is Monumark. The page link takes you to How It Works.  One of the cool applications is it could be placed on trees to give read outs. 

Matthew Jones and Roger Strunkhoff of blue dove software have taken and created a system to scan and input hundreds of images in minutes to make a meaningful memorial program,  Generally they offer it to funeral homes as an upgrade or additional service.  What seems to make blue dove special is the rapid turn around time and flexibility to create a platform that meets the clients needs.

Ali Sabado from why forget memories.com also markets Qr code markers.  He has a different marketing plan that involves opportunities to make income from hosting and becoming a silver, gold, or platinum firm.

Then we had the opportunity to met Nick Timpe from webCemeteries.com  This platform seems great from GPS, Memorization, MobileApps, Tree Apps - (inventory your trees from your phone!), see scan documents, etc.

I received a very good demonstration at Pontem software from Sherry Hood.  Pontem is using webCemeteries platform but also have excellent integrated cemetery record management.  Every grave location and individual have all information available in one location.  In addition if you have more than 1 cemetery you do not need to set up a new database for each additional cemetery.
They also offer an outdoor electronic Kiosk.

Speaking of outdoor kiosks and such -  Funeral Screen a Green Valley Media Co. was at the Expo .  They offer Video Walls, outdoor digital signs, interactive touchscreens, custom enclosures and outside Kiosks -touchscreen, Qr codes of course.
